Michael Torres known by his musical name Myke Towers, is a Puerto Rican rapper and songwriter born on 15 January 1994. He was born in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. Mike Towers became Myke Towers slightly in the year 2017 to tribute to the Young Kingz Music Movement, where he is a resident. It was a change from the first letter of his name to an "y" to honor the band. Myke Towers has been part of the underground rap scene of Puerto Rico since his adolescence writing his initial compositions and freestyles via his SoundCloud account. In 2014, he became famous through songs such as Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. In 2014, he received attention for his La Nueva Droga freestyle and interpretation of Drake's original song, 0 To 100.
