Sundar Pichai

Sundar PichaiPichai Sundararajan or Sundar Picha (Indian-American business executive) is more popularly known. He is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Alphabet Inc. and its subsidiary Google.Born in Madurai, India,[4] Pichai obtained his degree at IIT Kharagpur in metallurgical engineering. He earned an M.S. in the United States after moving to the United States. When he moved to the United States in 2004, he obtained an M.S. in materials science and engineering from Stanford University. After a brief stint with McKinsey, Pichai moved to Google in 2004. There, he was in charge of the development of Google Drive as well as product management and development. He also managed the development of Google Maps and Gmail. Pichai first introduced WebM in 2010 and announced open-sourcing the new codec for video VP8 developed by Google. 2012 saw the introduction of Chromebook. Pichai, the man who supervised the development of Android in 2012, has added Android to his list of Google products.
